Indian Company Interested in Cambodia’s Tourism Sector

Pan India Paryatan Pvt. Ltd. (PIPPL), which owns EsselWorld, India's largest amusement park and water kingdom, is eying investment in Cambodia's tourism sector.

PIPPL has been well-known locally and regionally, therefore the company wished to extend business outside India, PIPPL Vice President Mr. Anand Lamdhade said during a meeting here yesterday with Cambodian Minister of Tourism H.E. Thong Khon.

"Cambodia is one of the potential opportunity in the ASEAN region," he stressed.

Cambodia has not only cultural, but also tremendous natural tourism attractions, said Mr. Anand Lamdhade.

For his part, H.E. Thong Khon informed the Indian delegation of the country's tourism potential and suggested investment in resort creation, entertainment service, and so on.
