His practice focuses on resolving disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Part of his practice also includes transactions; he drafts agreements and counsels parties through the financing, bidding, procurement, administration and closing of projects. His practice encompasses public and private projects across the United States, including matters recently in Oregon, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York and Washington. He also has considerable experience dealing with public and private projects located abroad, including recently in South America, Japan, Philippines, New Zealand, India, Guam, Diego Garcia, Kwajalein, the Marshall Islands, Vietnam, Canada, England, France, Monaco, Qatar and Iraq.
