MANILA The eastern section of the country will experience scattered rains due to the easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Tuesday.
Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies. The public is advised against possible floods and landslides due to light to moderate rains.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds coming from the northeast to east will prevail and the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
