MANILAEasterlies or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean continues to affect the country, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Friday.
In its forecast, Pagasa said the easterlies will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in the regions of Davao and Zamboanga Peninsula, as well the provinces of Maguindanao, Sultan Kudarat, Sarangani and South Cotabato.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms especially in the afternoon or evening.
Temperature for Friday in Metro Manila will range from 25-34 degrees Celsius; Tuguegarao City, 25-39 degrees Celsius; Baguio City, 17-25 degrees Celsius; Angeles City, 26-35 degrees Celsius; Metro Cebu, 27-33 degrees Celsius; and Metro Davao, 27-33 degrees Celsius. (PNA)
