MANILA-- President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on Tuesday, July 18, met with the Government of the Philippines-Moro National Liberation Front implementing panels to discuss the Mindanao situation.
In his message to the President during the meeting at MalacaAan Palace, MNLF chairperson Nur Misuari said he came to MalacaAan representing the Muslims in Mindanao particularly those from the Sulu archipelago.
He said his meeting with the President is in compliance with their previous meeting for future engagements with the Armed Forces to eventually find lasting peace in Mindanao.
