Corn and Kung Fu: Happy together

By swapping your fries with a cup of corn, you will be able to cut down around 16 grams of fat and 15 grams of carbohydrates off your diet, according to the Nutrition Calculator of fast food chain McDonald’s.
For those who want a healthier carbohydrate source than the usual fast food fare, French fries and white rice, McDonald’s now offers steamed corn as alternative. Customers can now choose between corn cup or fries to complete their value meal.
Aside from the Philippines, McDo also serves the corn cup in other countries such as Singapore.
The corn option is also available at McDonald’s Happy Meal, which offers eight collectible toys based on the characters of the new animated movie, Kung Fu Panda 3. Together, the toys connect into a puzzle and the characters come into life with a push of a button!
