MANILA The whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers caused by localized thunderstorms, state weather agency Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.
It added that the easterlies are affecting the eastern part of the country.
Moderate to strong winds will prevail over northern Luzon and the eastern section of central and southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
Coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas, PAGASA said.
