MANILA Cloudy skies with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms will prevail over the archipelago due to the southwest monsoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Sunday.
In its latest forecast, PAGASA said the southwest monsoon is affecting western sections of Luzon and Visayas.
PAGASA warned the public against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Light to strong winds will blow all over the country while coastal waters along all areas will be slight to moderate.
The minimum temperature for the day is 24.8C while the maximum temperature is at 30.4C, PAGASA said. (PNA)
