Cloudy skies, isolated rain showers over PH on Sunday

MANILA -- Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will prevail over most parts of the archipelago due to the localized thunderstorms affecting the whole country, the weather bureau said Sunday.

Cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will affect Metro Manila, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its latest weather forecast.

PAGASA added easterlies will affect Southern Luzon, Bicol Region, Visayas, and Mindanao

It also advised against possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds will blow all over the country while coastal waters along all areas will be slight to moderate.

The minimum temperature for the day is 26.0C while the maximum temperature is at 34.2C, PAGASA said. (PNA)
