MANILA-- The whole country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 24-hour forecast released Tuesday afternoon (Feb. 21).
The easterlies are affecting the country's eastern section, noted PAGASA.
PAGASA noted light to moderate winds from the east to southeast are likely in Northern and Central Luzon while those from the northeast to east are possible over rest of the country.
Coastal waters nationwide will be slight to moderate, PAGASA added. (PNA)
