MANILA -- Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms are expected over Eastern and Central Visayas and Caraga Region, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 24-hour forecast released Monday.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and rest of the country.
The easterlies are affecting eastern sections of the country.
PAGASA said light to moderate winds from the east to southeast will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon while winds from the east will blow over rest of the country.
"Coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate," it added. (PNA)
