MANILA, March 31 (PNA) -- Cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and isolated thunderstorms will be experienced over Northern Mindanao, CARAGA, Davao as well as Central and Eastern Visayas, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 24-hour forecast released Friday afternoon (March 31).
PAGASA also forecast partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and rest of the country.
According to PAGASA, moderate to strong winds from the southeast to northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon where coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
"Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas," PAGASA added. (PNA)
