MANILA-- Cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected over Caraga region, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its 24-hour forecast released Thursday morning (July 6).
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms will prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, PAGASA also said.
PAGASA located a low-pressure area at some 415 km east-northeast of Basco, Batanes as of 3 a.m. Thursday.
"Light to moderate winds coming from the southeast to south will prevail over Luzon and from the east to southeast over rest of the country," PAGASA continued.
Coastal waters nationwide will be slight to moderate, PAGASA added.
