Classes, work still suspended due to heavy rains, floods in Luzon

MANILA Classes and work on Tuesday remain suspended in some areas in Luzon due to heavy rains and massive floods brought about by southwest monsoon enhanced by tropical depression "Josie", which left the country Monday.

Local government units in Calumpit, Bulacan and Olangapo City have suspended classes in all levels, both in public and private schools.

Classes in all levels, both in public and private schools in Masantol, Pampanga have been suspended until July 27.

Meanwhile, classes in all levels, both in public and private, as well as government work in Dagupan City have been suspended until July 25.
