Go urges Filipinos to stay united amid challenges

As Christmas fills the air, Senator Christopher “Bong” Go called on Filipinos to strengthen the bayanihan spirit and continue cooperating with the government while expressing compassion for their compatriots.

In his Christmas message, Go assured the public that the country will soon recover from the challenges posed by the recent calamity and the pandemic through President Rodrigo Duterte’s leadership and the Filipino people’s continued cooperation.

“Mahal kong mga kababayan, napakarami nating pinagdaanan ngayong taon (We have gone through so many challenges this year),” Go said. But through our continued concern and compassion, and the good leadership of President Duterte, we are slowly seeing the ray of hope to finally overcome the current pandemic).”

Go said he and Duterte will continue to serve the country to give hope to those afflicted by the recent disasters.

He added that the government is steadfast in its commitment to provide a more comfortable life for all Filipinos.

We will continue our aspiration to provide a more comfortable life for more Filipinos),” he said.

Go urged all Filipinos to continue showing their solidarity for one another.

This Christmas, may we become more united, work together and love each other to overcome the challenges of life as a more stable nation),” he said. (I am your Kuya Bong Go, warmly and sincerely wishing you a merry and peaceful Christmas and a happy and safe New Year).”
