A total of 7,248 personnel of Police Regional Office (PRO) 13 (Caraga), or 99.72 percent of their 7,268 personnel, have a received their doses of coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) vaccines.
Maj. Dorothy Tumulak, the Public Information Officer of PRO-13 told Philippine News Agency on Thursday that of the total personnel inoculated, 98.56 percent or 7,144 are fully vaccinated.
“Around 1.43 percent or 104 of the total personnel vaccinated are still with their first shots of Covid-19 vaccines as of Thursday,” Tumulak said.
She added that a total of 20 PRO-13 personnel have yet to receive any single dose of Covid-19.
“The 20 are pregnant, those who have just given birth, and those who are with comorbidities that need recommendations from their physicians before they are allowed to get the vaccines,” Tumulak said.
She said as of Thursday, PRO-13 has only two remaining active Covid-19 cases.
“Our total number of cases is 959 with 857 recoveries. We recorded one Covid-19 related death since the pandemic hit the region last year,” Tumulak said.
