14 flights canceled due to bad weather

At least 14 flights were canceled due to bad weather as of Tuesday afternoon, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said.

The cancelled international and domestic flights include:

* All Nippon Airways (NH) 869/870 Manila-Haneda-Manila

* Singapore Airlines (SQ) 912 Singapore-Manila; SQ 919 Manila-Singapore

* AirSwift (T6) 5110/5111 Manila-Puerto Princesa-Manila

* Philippine Airlines (PR) 1813/1814 Manila-Davao-Manila

* Jetstar Asia (3K) 766/765 Manila-Singapore-Manila

* Etihad Airways (EY) 423/424 Manila-Abu Dhabi-Manila

* Starlux (JX) 785/786 Manila-Taipei-Manila

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Wednesday said Metro Manila, Calabarzon, and parts of Mimaropa region will have stormy weather due to Severe Tropical Storm Jolina.

Earlier, “Jolina” made a landfall over San Juan, Batangas, and is forecast to make another landfall in the vicinity of Bataan Peninsula.

“Jolina” was last tracked in the vicinity of Rosario, Batangas.
