The northeast monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon will bring light rains over most parts of the island on Tuesday, the weather bureau said.
In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and northern Quezon will experience light rains, while Metro Manila, the Ilocos Region, the rest of Central Luzon, and the rest of Region 4-A (Calabarzon) will have isolated light rains.
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Caraga, the Davao Region, Soccsksargen, Bangsamoro, and Palawan.
The rest of the country will have isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA forecasts moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas over Luzon.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas
