The SCP is a program under the LTFRB and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) and was launched through the ‘Bayanihan to Recover as One Act.’
Under the program, drivers of public utility vehicles can enjoy extra income by providing transportation services or through “performance-based incentives” that require drivers to provide improved services to passengers.
