The body of Pvt. 1st Class Carlo Dapanas Jr., one of the 49 soldiers who died in the C-130 crash in Sulu, has arrived at his home in Barangay Tu-od here. The Philippines aims to issue its first-ever US dollar-denominated retail dollar bond (RDBs) targeted for overseas Filipinos (OFs) to augment government funds, National Treasurer Rosalia de Leon said.
