NCR mayors seek eased restrictions for fully vaxxed

MANILA – The Metro Manila Council (MMC) has asked the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) to consider easing restrictions for those fully vaccinated against Covid-19 in the National Capital Region (NCR).
